BPI Services B.V. is a Dutch company based in Reeuwijk. BPI has been developing high-quality innovative solutions since 2002 to support organizations in their daily activities. We enter into long-term partnerships with our customers and provide them with reliable, innovative and safe solutions. We do this with a great team that continuously strives to improve our products and services to our customers.

Service

BPI Services has its own service team. Our service team consists of a service manager, software engineers and service engineers. They work closely together to handle all reports as quickly as possible and in a professional manner. Our service manager is responsible for monitoring the progress and the quality of the processing. The software engineers and service engineers offer both remote service and onsite services from our service desk.

With a professional service management system called TOPdesk, we quickly follow up on reports and keep a close eye on the progress. Together with regular evaluations of our customers, we are able to guarantee quality and provide high-quality service. Our customers rated us last year with an 8.2 in terms of the quality of products and services. Of course we strive to continuously improve our service.

Quality

BPI Services has its own software development team with knowledge and expertise of the various programming languages and cloud environments. In addition, BPI Services has a product engineering team to devise and develop hardware components or solutions in-house. All software and hardware solutions are tested again internally and after installation at the customer’s location, before the solutions are put into use.

Together with our ISO 9001 certification (quality management) we guarantee the quality of our solutions.

To guarantee this, BPI Services is ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 27001 (information security) and NEN 7510 (information security in healthcare) certified. All our employees are also in possession of a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
